Goals

Let's talk about goal setting for a moment. I recently had a short story accepted by a science fiction humor anthology. This was an epiphanic moment for me, as it occurred to me that if I keep doing this, then perhaps I can make a living as a writer. Or, more importantly, I have can have a job where I work at home in my pajamas. However, there were of course some steps that had to be taken first. I'd have to figure out what my writing style was, and how to market it. My journey of a writer's self discovery began and ended with this. Now, please familiarize yourself with Joyce's work. I'd suggest starting with this extremely NSFW page of Joyce's dirty letters. This is the kind of writing I am apparently fated to create. The internet does not lie, it only shames, and we would be unwise to question it.
